1 Communication skills

I don't think one can over-emphasize the listening side of communications. Clients come to you because they believe you can solve a problem for them. To understand the business outcomes they seek, requires that you listen carefully to their concerns, their issues, and their aspirations. You need ask thoughtful and insightful questions. Only when the client feels they have been heard, are they open to recieving what you can deliver.
