Pregunta a ChatGPT: pregunta por una ruta para aprender IA 1. Tutoriales de Youtube: en esta red social prácticamente está todo el conocimiento del mundo pero disperso. También me permite mantenerme al día. 2. Me suscribí a varias newsletter en inglés y espa?ol con frecuencia diaria. Sí, diaria. La IA crece exponencialmente. 3. Realicé un curso de Fundamentos de IA de IBM SkillsBuild. Este curso es gratuito y con credencial. Aprenderás todo, desde su historia, ética y actualidad. Este camino no tiene fin ;)

To start with AI basics, focus on fundamental math and programming skills, particularly in Python. Utilize online courses from platforms like Coursera and edX to learn about machine learning and data science. Apply what you learn through simple projects or Kaggle competitions. Albert Einstein said: “The only source of knowledge is experience." There is no substitute for getting out and experimenting and experiencing directly with generative AI. In your professional life, make a list of the top 3-5 business priorities your Company is trying to solve; chances are, the majority of them can be ameliorated and augmented with AI in some fashion. Likewise, in your personal life, try to think of a few things you really care about, whether it is sports, music, your kids, whatever, and try out some new GenAI applications to see what works best for you. Our lives are not at risk from being replaced by AI/robots but more likely, by humans successfully leveraging AI through experience.

At the end of my Generative AI workshops. The first question popping in people's minds is: "There's so much happening. Where do I start?" My answer is: start at home ?? Don't worry about missing out on the latest news. Don't fret about everything that is written. Start by making it work for you. By finding the most boring, less shiny tasks. And using AI tools to help you get a head start. A logo for your side business - try Midjourney. Rewriting a press release - try Chat-GPT A Powerpoint pitch - try Co-pilot. Making your bed - 404 page not found ?? And lastly be kind to yourself. I mean this. This is the biggest tech change in generations. Do not beat yourself up, for what you don't know.

Be curious. - Follow AI influencers on LinkedIn and let your newsfeed update you daily - enrol in a short course to learn the basics and build on this knowledge (I recently completed AI in Healthcare @ MIT - start using it. ChatGPT can also help you learn. Imagine that - GenAI helping you master Applied AI ??

My advice is to get hands-on where you can. Book learning alone will only take you so far. Join communities like Hugging Face and read research on sites like arXiv. Weights & Biases is also a worthwhile option for accelerated development of AI solutions. Take advantage of free memberships and courses for publicly available AI tools provided by Google, Microsoft, AWS, OpenAI and Meta. Try to recreate things others built or reverse engineer what they publish on GitHub. Use the communities you join to ask for advice.
