Agile is flexible but it's a myth that it is not structured. The way we scale agile product development the governance forums may be different and stakeholder needs to be more engaged but data governance can be practiced from the day - Agile team Charter mentions the clear goals around data governance and what is needed with measurable objectives and key results, guardrails, data governance policies & adherence. Only best thing in agile team is - it's not one time process but a feedback loop on how this data governance should evolve which traditional leaders and stakeholders don't like. they love control and MY WAY attitude. So integration is easy but continuation on setting right expectations and communication needs openness
