It is very important to find a project management software solution that caters to all parties required to regularly report updates. In-person and virtual meetings may be hard for all parties to attend but software can help fill in the gaps. With contractors who may have to report for subcontractors and update statuses for materials delivery, confirmation of scheduled installations, shut-down go-aheads, go no/go's documentation, uploading this into software prior to being in the field actually completing the tasks comes in handy especially if any disruption arises. A robust software that can give access levels, view-only, collaboration options, messaging, and various other documenting capabilities is invaluable on large CapEx projects.

Avalie o Painel de Controle – dashboard – do software. Nada como um bom recurso visual para nos ajudar a tomar decis?es de gest?o de modo rápido e assertivo. Sim, o Painel de Controle deve ter um visual agradável e informar o mínimo necessário do monitoramento necessário para as tomadas de decis?o durante o percurso. Isso dependerá da complexidade do projeto. Em um carro, poucos indicadores no painel s?o suficientes para conduzi-lo, porém em um avi?o, a quantidade de indicadores será maior. Pense no trajeto como um projeto. Mesmo que eu fa?a o mesmo percurso, usando o mesmo meio de transporte e no mesmo horário; só o fato de ser em um dia diferente já é um outro projeto, pois há outras variáveis possíveis que podem acontecer.

El software está correlacionado al tipo de ciclo de vida que tienen los proyectos en lo que se trabajan, donde pueden trabajar con softwares orientados a la agilidad debido a que desarrollan proyectos en los cuales pueden dividirse en microproductos entregables, o bien programas más orientados a los tipo cascada donde necesiten una planificación más fiscalizada , como es el caso de un proyecto de mejora continua de una línea de producción. Por lo cual el tema es muy casuistico.
