A few of these moving parts include: -Data replication across multiple AZs -Servers with Load Balancing capabilities -Data backup plans in the event of failures -continuous monitoring of performance metrics, security threats and system health -Auto-scaling for web servers These key factors are great starting points when deciding on how to make your infrastructure more reliable. All of these can be achieved through CSPs such as AWS, Azure of GCP.

Clearly define your project requirements, including performance, scalability, availability, and data security. Select the appropriate cloud service model based on your project's requirements. Whether it's IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS, align the chosen model with your project's objectives. Choose a reputable and reliable cloud service provider that meets your organization's criteria. Do not reinvent the wheel. Major cloud vendors offers best practices for example AWS has Well-Architected framework that offers not just advise what tools to use and how to set them up. But also has so called Lenses which allow you to read best practices for specific use case like Machine Learning, IoT and many more. Good news is other cloud vendors offers similar set of best practices so there is nothing stopping you use best practices for each. And obviously if you need multi-cloud architecture where you need to combine many clouds together here having cloud architect may come handy. One important thing is to establish clear SLAs with your cloud service provider. Define measurable metrics for uptime, performance, and support response times in your SLAs. Also regularly review and evaluate the performance of your cloud provider against the agreed-upon SLAs.
