Through my vast experience working with a wide variety of cultures and nationalities around the world, I’ve found that bridging generational differences starts with understanding their unique perspectives. I focus on aligning shared goals to build unity and model the work ethic I expect, as actions often resonate more than words. Encouraging open dialogue is key to fostering respect and understanding, allowing both parties to learn and grow from each other’s strengths.

Work ethics comes with experience. The youngsters should be encouraged to learn from the elders and inculcate respect for everyone. Two basic traits exists at a work place: 1. Extroverts and, 2. Introverts. Both are equally important for a workplace. Respecting others feelings and values is very important. The extroverts have to be regulated and introverts have to be raised. Generations can change but the above mentioned traits are always prevalent. Only an experienced person can sense these aspects and thus, the workplaces must value the experience. Experience comes only with time.
