As trainers & facilitators, we can understand the discomfort of them easily through their Communication or body language or with their tone or Choice of words. When we come to know about it, we can either contact them privately or we can double tap in the session itself. But we may have to handle them with care, foster trust & safety & get them on track. Once they get the connection, they will make active involvement in the session.

Clear and open communication from the start is key to establishing rapport. Encourage trainees to ask questions and clarify doubts as they arise. Use simple language and repeat key points to ensure comprehension. Visual aids, screen sharing, and hands-on demonstrations can bridge gaps in understanding. Foster an inclusive, patient environment where trainees feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
