When you understand the immense influence and power creative leverage provides it allows you to think about it in a more rational way. I tend to think we define creativity too narrowly. Things like tone, style and authenticity can all be creatively enhanced to make your brand more approachable, likeable and trusted. Things like, how well your entire content team writes, matters a great deal. You want your content to be easy to absorb, understand and efficiently finish and that means you need good writers. You are going to improve your marketing ROI if your creative leverage is used strategically to better land your key messages, positioning and differentiators. It is integral piece of every campaign we have ever been involved with.

In B2B content marketing, creativity and ROI don’t have to be enemies—they can be dance partners. The key is making sure every innovative idea has a clear purpose and measurable goal. Start by grounding your creative vision in strategy, ensuring it speaks directly to your audience's needs and aligns with business objectives. Think of KPIs not as rigid rules but as guiding stars that steer creative campaigns toward success. A/B testing becomes your best friend here, allowing you to experiment while continuously improving and optimising content based on real-time results. I hope this should work.
