In der europ?ischen Wirtschaft bedeutet 'festgefahren sein' wenn man mit Mangel an Human Ressources zu k?mpfen hat und den Betrieb am Laufen erh?lt! Das ist oberste Priorit?t und das ist bereits eine St?rke!???? Anstatt Schw?che würde ich eher das Wort Zertifizierung nehmen und die Kernfrage ist wer in der heutigen IT Zeit für Zertifizierungen hat??? Da hilft ja natürlich das Voneinander lernen??

Wer aktuell in der IT arbeitet der hat auch sicher die Gelegenheit Out of the Box?? oder über den Tellerrand zu schauen?? Systemadministratoren die mit Server- und Netzwerktechnik befasst sind und zus?tzlich noch Software und Web entwickelt - da würde ich mir eher weniger an den Tag legen was Zertifizierungen betrifft - der macht ja ohnehin schon 3 Posten zeitgleich und solche F?lle gibt es auf der Erde????♂??? In diesem Fall reichen schon Horizonte und regelm??iger überblick über den Betrieb.

'Mehr Wissen als andere zu haben' - das klingt ja schon zu kapitalistisch und patriarchalisch wenn wir genau wissen wie verflochten das Profil der Systemadministratoren ohnehin schon sein kann. Sprechen wir über einen On-Premise Systemadministrator oder über einen Cloud Computing und Entra ID Administrator??? Systemadministration w?re in dem Fall wie der überbegriff Medizin????♂? Natürlich kann man sich da Mentoring für das System einholen sofern es mit DSGVO vereinbar ist??

Taking more reponsibilties that are aligned to your career objectives and handing over sub domain tasks to juniors. Taking over more responsibilities often has its own challenges but its necessary to break the chains and have confidence of your managment to lead multi-domain Teams.

Update Always , As a system administrator we need to update always along with future technologies. Learn new technologies, framework and being agile. Improve the technical and troubleshooting skills and implement the same on daily work. The new learning will bring awesome ?? ideas. Aways learn to unstoppable.

One of the ways I leveled up in my career was doing exactly this - be willing to learn new tech and things related to my career. For example, early in my career, I decided it would be worthwhile to learn VMware, and work with our server team. While it took a few years, I did eventually promote in that direction.

Ich hatte mir schon w?hrend meiner Studienzeit H?rbücher und Tonb?nder bei der Autofahrt angeh?rt und habe auch gelegentlich Online-Kurse besucht. Das tue ich heute noch??und das hat sich als eine sehr gute Methodik erwiesen! Meine Freunde und Andere bemerkten meine Ausführungen und schon bald wurde ich zu Google Cloud Computing Tagung eingeladen und wurde sp?ter zum offiziellen Microsoft Partner in ?sterreich ernannt???? und diesen Weg k?nnen alle gehen!?? Denn zu diesem Zeitpunkt arbeitete ich vielmehr an kreativen Softwarel?sungen als an Systemadministration??
