In my current organisation we observe the line balancing to using Gemba walk - Understand and analyse the current work load based on the manufacturing operations time - Based on the actual time we did proper work distribution and line balance - We are distributed workload based on the tact time and equal work allocation for everyone - In Manufacturing Operations we identified Value added work, Non Value added work and prepare the Improvement plan
