Part of the PM's job is really creating that safe environment for all stakeholders - however it isn't always easy due to the highly skilled, diverse and cross-functional makeup within a product organization. Each individual within each group needs to be comfortable in voicing their ideas/concerns AND feel heard. This helps reduce frictions because everyone will have that same feeling of inclusion through open collaboration. When meeting, gather everyone's feedback. See how they align with the product goals and prioritize them openly and communicatively. If done effectively, it is done with the understanding to make the product better.
