From my experience as a robotic arm project lead, the important thing in collaborative robotics integration is ensuring that each subteam knows the following: 1) Where they fit in the giant jigsaw puzzle that is the robotics project (example: you are part of a computer vision team) 2) How they fit in the puzzle, that is internalising a context-based evaluation of what they need to deliver for the project (a computer vision subteam may be considered as the first point of entry in a project. You'd need to send input in formats usable by subsequent subteams in the process chain) Demonstrating patience and understanding goes without saying now, for without those no collaboration is possible. This definitely supersedes previous points.
