Students like to try different techniques most of the time. They only resist when they conclude that the new method is not atleast as productive as the old one. We should try to avoid this situation. This means that we should always explain the plan and the expected outcome before starting the new technique. Inthis way, the students will be ready and they will contribute more. As a consequence, they will learn more.

In classical classroom setting, when the student is sitting without movement or speech, it contributes to loss of attention and learning. We are making the learning process better. This means that we should engage them more and more. This also gives sense of ownership which is very good if you want them to learn.

I agree with this, making students a part of whatever new available approach to learning is very vital. Let them have the feeling that they're the ones exploring these methods to making learning easier, rather than having the feeling that you're imposing such methods on them, that way , they're going to be more interested and responsive.

I think that the students should be skeptical and critical about the things that they learn. They should always question the methods and the techniques. If a student trusts the teacher too much they will not ask the necessary questions in the class and you will end up in a bad place.
