Feedback should work as a sounding board for both the learner as well as the teacher. Many times, expectation mismatch is the major reason behind dissatisfaction. The best way for any training or learning session should start with an initial assessment of the feedback session to set up the expectation to ensure both learner and teacher have the same objective and goals. We should follow - 1. Pre-Training Assessment/Feedback 2. In Progress Training Feedback 3. Post-Training Feedback
