Discuss in a group and ask each team member what they love and look forward to? 2. Check what’s something they absolutely don’t like doing on daily-basis/ mostly manual workloads This gives insights to learning, scope of improvements, automations which can be leverage across projects/ industries and can be value add. Collaborate and work together! I’m certain, it will be fun and valuable. This is definitely get them out of that zone. It’s going to be fun and happy!
