Be it any situation, whether it's your first time speaking in front of so many people whom you might not even know, or maybe it's your first time delivering a presentation in front of your seniors, but with the right amount of self-confidence, you can surely give an amazing performance. You must be wondering "oh, how shall I gain the so-called self confidence?" . Well my answer to you is: PRACTICE! Write your speech down in a piece of paper and practice it in front of the mirror atleast 25-30 times before you do it in reality. Record it and ask for opinions and that's how you keep improving!

This not only makes your information to be more relevant and engaging but also demonstrates respect for their time and positions you as a thoughtful speaker. Speaking directly to their interests increases attentiveness and receptiveness.
