Request for a timeout for half minute or so that recompose ourself. If it's before a big presentation, take a deep breath and anchor ourselves with something, e.g. a memory that can invoke the blessings for a wonderful presentation.

there will always be some nervousness; it's totally normal. For me, I find that when I have practiced and feel confident, the nervousness goes away as soon as I start to speak! The key is to practice and to practice out loud!

Be sure to prepare and practice your speech or presentation in advance. Arrive early to the meeting and ensure that all technology is set up and functioning, whether the meeting is in person or virtual. Pray and/or meditate in preparation. Breath and speak to yourself in a positive tone: -"I can do this" - "I know this material." - "I am prepared." Make eye contact with the audience and encourage participation to drive engagement. Remember, the more you present, the better you will become.

When facing stage fright in an internal meeting, I'd always encourage transparency and engagement. There's nothing wrong with admitting you're a little nervous and taking your time. When we're nervous we have a tendency to rush but if you slow down, you'll seem more confident. And on the engagement side, make it more like a dialogue with your team wherever possible, making the meeting feel less like a stage you feel frightened of and more like a roundtable discussion with peers. In reality, when you're on a stage you're more often than not surrounded by people who wish they had the bravery to get up there themselves and stage fright is an incredibly relatable feeling for most. Let people in and allow them to go on the journey with you.
