The best way to streamline your training is just focus on one skill at a time and access if it's essential for your own development. If yes, make sure you complete the training of that before jumping to other skill set.

Step one is always figuring out our own strength and weakness, gap between our present position and the goal we'd like to reach. With regards to specializing in BIM, the next best action would always be to talk to a person who is good at it to at least understand the efforts it takes to specialize, collect relevant information and make an action plan for the same. Lot of training sessions and courses are available which helps to improve skills. Not just limited to learning from peers, i feel it's really essential that you pass on the information. You'll always retain 90% of what you have learned in your mind when you pass that information to others as well. If there's something new that you've seen or learned, make sure you discuss that with your peers because when you collectively experiment something, you get to learn alot more and not just limited to things that only you have tried. It helps you to make a judgement call of pros and cons of that skill because there are more than one people whom you know have tried that.

In my view, keeping up with BIM involves more than just mastering software. I've found that actively participating in seminars, engaging with platforms like LinkedIn, and making use of technology are crucial. It's about continuous learning and networking, not just about mastering tools. From my own experience, I've seen that participating in relevant classes and networking within the community really enhances skills.
