Stop selling and start solving! Shift your mindset to truly helping others and you won’t deal with rejection the same way. Rather than focusing on sales targets and the high pressure that comes with achieving them, ask yourself the following: 1) what is the solution you offer? 2) what is the issue that your solution addresses? 3) who has the issue you can provide a solution to? Spend your time with #3. To know who that is, you need to ask & listen. Get to know people / companies first and understand their challenges & opportunities. If you offer something that can help them, sales will follow. If not a fit, move on and don’t worry about it as it wasn’t the right match, and you showed you cared. Feels good and you’ll see results!
