Baby steps! Busy educators can find it overwhelming to add things that they think are 'extra' until they gradually see the value and buy into the inevitable trade-offs. So, it's really critical to meet people where they are, listen to their fears and anxieties, and share the most "low hanging fruit" for impactful change. Share the evidence, look for results, and make sure that you're discussing the progress so that the people you're working with see progress is happening! It's the same practice as you do when you're teaching!
