As business analyst what I found common is most of the project faces scope changes and new requirements in the mid of the project time. At that time it’s very important to take informed decisions when it comes to task planning. Furthermore, the stakeholders always wants to focus on the current priorities, but as business analyst it’s important to not ignore the growing number of backlogs. Because that is what causes delay during the delivery time. Backlogs are always ignored till the end of the project. As a result, the new scope can be taken into consideration immediately but it’s also important to add relevant task from backlog on each sprint in that way the number can be maintained and the priorities will also be managed.
