If a certain issue recurs frequently, Try to do ● RCA - try to include as much as possible data and come up with possible solutions. ■Try to keep sop for all the operating procedures, by which we can reduce the operating errors. ■Proper Preventive and predictive maintenance, will help to break time reduction due to negligence of product /Hardware fitness. ■Always log modifications or any changes properly. ■Maintaining a proper maintenance log also helps to solve problems that were faced before.

To minimize downtime and if the major issues are known, having the replacement parts onsite ahead of time and knowing the availability and difficulty of shipping replacements is critical. Something will always come up where something will need to be ordered, something will be delayed dues to shipping time, and several non critical things will be bumped or skipped until a date that never actually comes and whoever tagged the piece eventually gives up on the idea that will ever be fixed.
