How do you navigate the awareness code to become an above 60 leader?
There are many ways to utilise the Awareness Code, in fact we see it as a lifelong learning tool. It can help you to go to the deepest levels of human nature and assist with any ongoing professional development. There will always be a tile to explore at more depth or a tile to revisit which keeps surfacing, but the purpose of this series is to open you up to the 60’s and above.
Leaders in the 60s can step into every situation, realise the truth quickly reorientate, are positive, fearless and fully in. Realising the truth is what enables leaders in the 60’s to take accountability in their lives and businesses so they can continue to grow and level up.
Leaders in the 70's possess these traits but at the same time are receptive, are able to witness situations without applying biased judgement, are open minded, have a sense of neutrality and they take time to build proper trust and work collaboratively.
The 80’s is about transformation. Transformation in the traditional sense often becomes a political game for who can be a success, but normally is incremental for the company. Transformation in accordance to the awareness code is driven by your highest calling, which is the bigger picture of your life. For example, my highest calling has been centered on helping CEO's and leaders of the world’s leading companies transform themselves and their organisations.?
Leaders in the 80’s will have a view of what their highest calling is and take action to make it happen. They will also have a steer on what their company's and colleagues' highest calling are to ensure all beneficiaries viewpoints are considered when assessing the future of the company or what we call the 'North Star'.
Sharing the 'North Star' inspires and lifts people. There is also a rare opportunity for CEO and Executive teams to move into the 90’s.
The 90’s is not a superhuman style of leadership. The 90’s is about gratitude. Leaders in the 90s are grateful for life, they are a positive force and a joy to work with, they are devoted to what they do and thrive across all aspects of life. They are able to set out what success means with the optimal balance of commerciality and compassion. They aim to be successful for themselves, their companies and colleagues but also want to give back to the world, society and communities.
For an even smaller proportion of people, they can go on to reach the highest level of leadership and wisdom, which is what we define as the ‘Beyond Incredible’. They seek to unite teams, communities, industries and even countries in ways that have never been done before. We have been fortunate enough to work with some incredible people in this year's cohort that have gone on to achieve profound things personally and professionally.
