Yo creo que la mayoría de nosotros en algún momento participamos en la dinámica de "el teléfono descompuesto", y pudimos constatar que la información se tergiversa en cada persona que transmite el mensaje. Lo anterior me hizo llegar a la conclusión que el receptor puede entender el mensaje según su estado de animo y nivel de concentración; es por ello, que cuando somos transmisores de un mensaje, asumimos erróneamente que el receptor está entendiendo a la perfección la idea, pero ?Oh sorpresa!, entienden algo completamente distinto a la idea original. Yo sugiero siempre constatar que tu idea llegue (completa y clara), por ejemplo, mandar un email y posteriormente llamar al receptor para descartar que haya alguna duda al respecto.
