As the Captain most important is to stay calm! Next assess the damage and check if all on board are safe. Once you have a clear strategy in your mind you can inform everybody on board and also contact the DPA. Discuss your strategy only in private with your core crew and people ashore. You are in a position where you need to lead the situation and solve everything with the least possible damage. Everyone on board needs to see you as in charge and confident that everything will be solved.
