Facing increased costs due to logistics disruptions can be challenging, especially when conflicts arise with providers. Here are strategies to effectively resolve these conflicts and improve your import/export operations: 1. Open Communication Channels Establishing clear and open lines of communication with your logistics providers is essential. Regular check-ins can help identify potential issues before they escalate. Ensure that both parties understand expectations regarding timelines, costs, and service levels. 2. Collaborate on Solutions Instead of placing blame, work collaboratively with your providers to find solutions. Discuss the specific disruptions and explore ways to mitigate their impact, such as adjusting delivery schedules

Se for sistêmico altere a logística.

Logistics cost increasing is a normal incident for logistics provider. If its cost increase then definitely it impacts on further FOB costs. So from my point of view if increased cost is temporary in business then logistics provider will bear this for their business strategy purpose otherwise it will impact on business. But if this is ongoing process for business then we should increase logistics cost. But through pure negotiation process. It should be on 50-50 process not full gaining or losing as a sustainable business development.
