Once a conflict has risen and to prevent the escalation any further the master mind concept is key. Collaborating on different thought processes to found a common solution.

Mature & balanced approach is always the best to face any situation and pressure should lead to perfection and not to conflict. 1. Empathic both Leaders and team mates. 2. Realistic targets where all "parts of the engine" are aligned and mutually responsible of achieving it. (targets should be there when facing the hiring process and not defined later) 3. Divide targets into micro targets and related actions, anticipate what will happen when reaching the next step pf not hitting micro target. 4. HONESTY form all stakeholders involved - "I am not going to make it but this is what I will be able to deliver" can we work on this & from this?" 5. Stress only fixes lazy people that you shouldn't hire...limit stress as much as you can"
