Loyalty is always built by a great relationship. People (customers) decide to do the business by two fundamental factors : solution and trust. To ensure an agile solution, continuous innovation and improvement are always required, while the trust for that agile solution definitely depends on YOU, the one who always be available for them. That’s what I called at the beginning as a great relationship.
