Yaah , On Remote -Site there are so many resources management deploy like Survey Manpower/ Machinery/MS Project Schedule/Planning/Budgeting/Controlling/Project timeline etc. Mainly important things are to be that our project time and resources Targets of Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation/ SCADA and DLP period it's very challenging. So as per my knowledge our Management role it's very important to support that to be provided all this things mentioned the above points.
