In such a situation, I prioritize projects and leave harder tasks for when I am healthier and more energetic. Between things, I try to increase my mental efficiency, for example, I drink tea, listen to music, etc. I check well what kind of writing each project wants from me, and I try to prevent them from interfering with the right timing. I will never reduce the quality of a project because of the quantity and I will remain committed to writing and working properly.
