You should have diverse tech skill levels in your ERP workforce. ERP is diverse and inclusive a place to be so you will have people at different places in their ERP journey and skills. You avoid have a Learning & Development Plan in place for each and every person in the team, that covers off the planned Learning Interventions for the year. This will include Roadmapped Updates and New Features as they are also planned ahead of time. But keep your eye on the Roadmap and Wave Plans, they can change. Adhoc learning you have to look at on a needs basis. There's a lot of this currently with AI firmly in our landscape, so be careful. Its a balancing act, so look at different ways to deliver group learning. Note - peoples Learning Styles.
