Para mi todos los clientes son desafiantes, eso es lo lindo y dinámico de la venta ... siempre te vas a enfrentar a situaciones distintas. y si puede ser que en muchas de ellas no se de como vos esperabas y en ese momento lo primero que tenemos que tener los comerciales es resiliencia al rechazo, nunca pienses que un cliente te rechaza a vos, esta rechazando ese producto o servicio que le estas vendiendo ... entonces respira profundo ...vuelve a contar hasta 10 y vuelve a generar la empatía que necesitas ... analiza a tu cliente ... estudia su sistema de aprendizaje si es visual auditivo o kinestésico. Y ante todo gánate su confianza por que eso es lo primero que va a destrabar una venta difícil.
