If you have created and continue to run your business and/or product or service line on sound principles (business plan, pricing plan, market analysis, etc, etc) the. It’s unlikely that critical feedback will lead to a complete overhaul of your business. However, sometimes it does so always be aware. If you haven’t planned then there is a higher risk an overhaul will be required. If you have measured and analysed you can now define the gap between where you are and where you want to be and brainstorm/appraise options for fixing the gap. Then choose an option and fix it like you’ve never fixed anything in your life before! Go for it!
