Most of the time staff won't do much if they don't understand what they get in return or if they see Safety protocol as a "hurdle". It is important to make it clear what the objective is, how we as a collective benefit from doing it safely, and that they, as the staff, get to go home safely at the end of the day or shift, which has the opportunity to unite the effort. At the same time, the Management or oversight regarding the activity has to be aligned with the above.
