Aligning HR best practices with organizational culture requires a super integration skill. For doing so, we need to navigate through understanding the core values of the organisation, focus on macroscopic and long term aspects & impacts, collaborating with top leadership, mitigating the fears of staff, step by step support and sharing the real life success models. Cultural nuances, engaging stakeholders and most importantly demonstrating how adopting the Best HR practices can elevate employee performance while enriching the organization's culture is of utmost importance. Lastly, to break the incumbent's ( i.e. organisation's) inertia to change, we must ensure handholding at every stage.
