When facing conflicting demands at work, I prioritize by focusing on what's most urgent without losing sight of long-term goals. When you have a lot to do, first do the things that need to be done right away... make a list of works to be done... do one thing at a time... do not multi-task... as it decreases your productivity... or divide time between various tasks... focus on tasks that you can finish quickly... and soon you’ll reach bigger goals...
