I approach it with a very proactive perspective. First I create a master calendar for everyone with space to omit or add to that rehearsal. Then after each rehearsal I verbally go over if the next day on our master calendar reflects what we are actually going to do or if we edit that expectation and we adjust accordingly. Later that day I will have my assistant or myself send out a short email with that same rehearsal information, as many artists receive information differently.
