You're facing clashes between team members. How can you cultivate a collaborative creative space?

Quando se tem um conflito sobre uma ideia dentro de uma equipe que precisa de colabora??o eu sugiro uma dinamica que poderá mostrar que o ambiente n?o só pode, como precisa ser diferente. A dinamica se trata de mostrar o problema para equipe onde todos devem ter até três ideias com solu??es. As ideias serao reunidas em uma caixa e depois distribuídas a todos os integrantes de modo que ele n?o pegue a própria ideia. Após isso, eles far?o anota??es de aprova??o ou melhorias nas ideias. Assim que todas as ideias passarem por todos, deverá ser lida as ideias e seus complementos a todos. Assim poderá encontrar a colabora??o de todos juntamente com as possíveis solu??es.

If we wish to allow for the new to emerge, we need to create the conditions for the unknown to be known, the unseen to be seen and the unsaid to be said. That can only happen, amongst other features, through open dialogue.

Working in a peaceful environment is key to achieving the goals of any organisation. However, due to the diversity of upbringing and nature of people, conflicts are bound to arise.it is important to resolve them as soon as they arise to avoid piling which may lead to a bigger problem. It is important for the management to listen actively with the intention of assisting the two conflicting parties fairly for the larger good of the organization.

Establishing norms is great but which norms are in place, who creates them and when they can be revisited depends on the general context we are talking about. In predictable, stable moments, when resources are plenty, having a co-created norms structure is essential for the system to flourish. However, when resources are insufficient, the context is chaotic and unpredictable, a different way of approaching norm/boundary creation changes.

One thing that is important in any working area is to have the core values that the people in there believe in. When new people join the group,they should be informed about those values and they should be pinned around the working area for all to see. Honesty and respect as core values allows other values to fall in between there as they are key in a community working area. Compromise about breaking them so often should be discouraged so as not to set a bad example especially by the seniors.

I slightly disagree with this point. The goals within ever-changing, dynamic environments can change and maintaining the focusing on that can blind the ones involved from the bigger picture and novelty. Instead, focusing on core values, such as trustworthiness, truth and proactivity can allow individuals to stay strong even in times of crisis.

The best approach is to step up and start with doing some ground work that delivers great value for your team mates in addition to being a good listener and always taking feedback as a positive thing even if not really helpful. They'll start to see the value in what you can offer and will eventually be friendlier and/or be more interested in developing such perspective.
