Then consider a few wildcards: Who finds it (maintenance, new worker, neighbor), how bad is the emergency (large, medium, small), and something else to keep it interesting. Each drill can be totally different in content and methodology. Even the methodology can be randomized (tabletop, outside in-person, with 3rd party present, etc).
