One really important thing is when asking for feedback. Make sure to make it as detailed as possible. Don't ask the client questions like "how do you find it?" or "is it good for you?" They won't be able to give you the feedback you need. Just take time to think about what feedback you need and also think about the right question to ask them to get good feedback.

Vague feedback is worse than No feedback, I would suggest to get the client on a call, and clarify. If that's not possible, stop wasting time with that client.
