Request more time. It doesn’t work any other way. Or more time, or more money. But I would focus on time. With money, you can attract more people to the project.
-
You need to focus on two main aspects: creating or having a brief as the main document, and conducting A/B testing in marketing or gathering user experience feedback in UX/UI. Always remember to set milestones in order to have a clear view of the entire project. By doing this, you can rearrange your schedule and organize it effectively. Once these points are organized, you can establish quality standards or milestones based on the issues that need to be addressed. Repeat this cycle if necessary, but keep in mind that making too many changes can make you appear uncertain. It's not advisable, and it can also confuse your client. Being clear and straightforward is the best approach, and always remember that "your goal is the end client."

First, I stayed flexible and rethought my approach. Then, I communicated with the client, explaining what could and couldn’t be done in the timeframe. Lastly, I added extra reviews along the way to catch any mistakes. It wasn’t easy, but it worked out! Key takeaways: stay flexible, keep communication open, and add quality checks to catch issues early.
