I recommend collecting all feedback and categorize it into themes (e.g., content, visuals, pacing). Then identify any recurring points that multiple stakeholders mentioned. Following that, create a detailed plan outlining the changes to be made, who will be responsible for each change, and a timeline for implementation.

Inhale and return to your project blueprint. Put all the feedback near your original goals and storyboard. It will enable you to understand the stakeholder perspective and evaluate their inputs in terms of your initial vision. Navigate through both of these responses with care — see what will actually benefit the project, and try to avoid including personal preference in your decision-making process. Good design is not how well you hang on to what your idea started out as; good design are the needs of stakeholders mixed up in your creative vision. Whether it is very established to just a scant change, having this equilibrium will drive your next steps in the right manner.

I actually don’t agree with the approach above where post feedback is concerned. Invariably all comments that are not going to be discussed/negotiated will need to be addressed before supplying a revised cut. Unless changes ripple through and adversely affect the narrative (potentially necessitating additional notes from client), the most effective method of applying changes (particularly if those changes are exhaustive) is to make edits sequentially back from the end of the cut to maintain timecode and avoid confusion. Prioritizing feedback and making edit changes in a non-sequential fashion (particularly for long form) has the tendency to increase the likelihood of human error - even for a very experienced editor.

Refer to the ToR, original brief, if the new feedback is any deviation from that, communicate that firmly to the client. These new wishes will cost them additional money. As long as they are willing to increase the budget for the project, you can increase your creative capabilities. If they don't want to pay you for extra work, your project lead should have the ability to hold their ground.
