Goals and more Goals....are we in a trap....Long Term Goals are nothing but the Intrinsic Values which we quantify and want to achieve. Irrespective of the chaos we are in,,,leaders need to ensure WE NEVER LOSE SIGHT of where we want to go..all this journey should in the end merge with the Long Term Goal of the organization. Hence we as Leaders should evaluate where we are on regular basis, recalibrate, change, and adjust to NOT LOSE SIGHT of LONG TERM
