I repeat or rephrase their objection to show I’ve heard them, which builds trust. Instead of jumping straight into countering, I ask open-ended questions to dig deeper into the root of their hesitation. This allows me to understand their true pain points. From there, I tailor my response by aligning my solution with their specific needs, framing the objection as a stepping stone toward resolving their issue. It's about turning resistance into collaboration.
