La metodología ágil como Scrum o Kanban es cierto que ha sido un desarrollo gigantesco en relación a los desarrollos en cascada que habían con anterioridad, pero a día de hoy se utilizan mal por gran parte de las empresas que han empezado a utilizar metodologías ágiles. Se ha pasado de un entorno 0 reuniones a un entorno 60 o 70% de reuniones, donde estas reuniones son superfluas y sin ningún significado para los desarrollos. Esto hace que aunque se sabe muy bien lo que se quiere y como se va a hacer, quede poco tiempo para el desarrollo, lo que impide que se terminen los desarrollos con una calidad aceptable. Lo dicho, una daily que dure más de (5 + 1xpersona)min es un fracaso.

Las pruebas en general son las más olvidadas. Cuando al inicio de un proyecto se indica que se necesita X puntos de historia en sólo implementar las pruebas automatizadas, son rechazadas por el cliente, donde ellos asumen que ellos realizarán las pruebas al producto tras cada ciclo de Sprint. El cliente, hace pruebas minimas, mal y no documentadas, por lo que acaba siendo un autentico desastre. Yo siempre digo que el primer sprint o al menos los dos primeros deberían centrarse exclusivamente en montar o documentar el sistema de pruebas, básicamente por el bien de los desarrolladores y del cliente.

Otro gran olvidada del desarrollo de Software. Los usuarios. Generalmente en proyectos donde tu cliente no es el usuario final, sino un intermediario, la empresa que quiera desarrollar el software, etc, el usuario que va a manejar o usar finalmente tu aplicación no se le tiene en cuenta en ninguno de los desarrollos. Cuando finalmente llega el producto explotan todos los fallos en la cara, formularios mal dise?ados, pocos intuitivos, sugerencias perdidas, lo que hacen que finalmente el producto fracase. Hay que meter siempre en todos los sprints al menos a un conjunto peque?o de usuarios finales, que den feedback de lo que ven.
