This is something we as a brand struggle with on a weekly basis. Recently we created a consumer feedback group for our designs and its been very helpful to have that as a sounding board. The conflicting feedback is a crucial part of the process where we take all of it to the drawing board and reassess the common key designs which are standing out. The why behind the rejected designs and the approved designs help find that pattern and we try to also work with past sales reports along with the conflicted feedback which helps take a gut call and experiment. Testing designs out can be a hard decision but an important one nevertheless.

When facing conflicting feedback, I focus on the core vision of my design while staying open to new perspectives. I usually evaluate the feedback based on its relevance to my design goals and brand identity. If the feedback offers a new insight that aligns with long-term trends, I try incorporating it in subtle ways. Additionally, I use data analytics from past designs and consumer behavior to prioritize feedback that resonates with my audience. Ultimately, a balance between intuition and actionable insights helps refine the concept.

Work Together: Get input from other teams like sales and marketing to ensure alignment. Find the Right Balance: Adjust the design to address key preferences without losing its impact.

You can get many kins of feedbacks from your consumers but to make things work well you need to know wich group is in larger scale so for that you can use google forms and ask them to answeryour doubts. This form can be linked in instagram and them you will get good answers and know if your in the right directions of your design torwards your consumer. Its always amazing how feedback can surprise you
