?? When CEO feedback clashes with user needs, navigating UED decisions can feel like a balancing act! ?? I once faced this in a project where the CEO wanted a feature that users found frustrating. Instead of choosing sides, I assessed the impact by reviewing user satisfaction metrics and product goals. Then, I facilitated a conversation between the CEO and real users, which led to deeper understanding on both ends. ?? To reconcile the difference, we prototyped a few solutions, testing variations that aligned with user needs while addressing the CEO's vision.

I'm just amazed that nearly every AI article about UX Design here is about moving fast, stakeholders getting what they want over user needs, and accessibility being an option. This says a lot. This says everything we need to know. I want to keep contributing to these things, but I think the AI is training on itself. The articles are nearly all the same.
