Dans tout les cas il faut rester calme et professionnel. Clarifier la situation et les attentes du client. Expliquer la valeur des révisions et les limites de celles-ci. Jouer le jeu en offrant 1 ou 2 révisions dans le cadre du projet (c'est donnant donnant). Insister sur la qualité du premier contenu desservi. Informez des conditions de révision dès le départ vous évitera beaucoup de problèmes. Restez ferme et professionnel pour montrer que vous respectez votre temps de travail et pour éduquer les clients à la valeur de votre travail de copywriter.

A client requesting free revisions is a serious situation. However, I handle this situation in the following manner- 1. I check if the free revisions have expired as per the revision policy, if expired, I follow these steps- 2. I explain the revision policy to the client 3. I tell properly him that our rates are very reasonable and frequent free revisions may cause problems for the agency. 3. I will offer him discounted revision rates keeping in mind the relationship with the client. 4. If time permits and it is known that this client may come again for the next project, I will do those revisions for free one last time with a sweet warning.

For me, revisions are my liability till it is approved! So there is no point in revising the terms and conditions! I guarantee I will revise and edit till you're happy! Simple! Most of the time, it needs 2 or 3 max!
