To regain a client's trust, I listen to their concerns, explain my process clearly, share relevant credentials, and involve them in the solution. This transparency helps rebuild their confidence in my skills.

Some Client's doubt FSE's skills just because they don't know them. I found this helpful when I met with such Clients. Explain them in detail whenever you get a chance to Brief them about the issues they faced, how you fixed the issue and what is the best way to prevent such issues in future. To put it simply, showcase your technical skills. You become the trusted advisor to your Client .
