As an R&D intern, I aim to maximize this experience by applying the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and root cause analysis to real projects. In the Plan phase, I want to help identify problems and set clear objectives. During the Do phase, I look forward to hands-on work like product formulation and ingredient testing, collaborating with teams such as QA and Supply Chain. In the Check phase, I’ll analyze test data, using root cause analysis to solve issues and refine products. Finally, in the Act phase, I hope to contribute to process improvements, testing new ideas and learning from both successes and failures. By immersing myself in these phases, I aim to develop technical skills and innovative thinking.
